Visit any Enramex agent location with a valid government-issued ID. We ask for your recipient's details, show you the exact amount and, when you pay, give you a receipt with your transfer code.

How much does it cost to send money?

It depends on the amount, the country and how you pay. Before you pay, we show you the exact fee, exchange rate and total.

How long does it take?

Cash pickups are usually ready in minutes. Bank deposits may take longer depending on the receiving bank. Some transfers may take longer due to security reviews.

What does my family need to pick up the money?

A valid government-issued ID and the transfer code printed on your receipt.

Can I send to a bank account?

Yes. You need the bank name and your recipient's account number (in Mexico, the debit card or 18-digit CLABE).

Is there a limit on how much I can send?

Yes. Limits depend on the ID you present and on federal and state rules. Ask at your agent location or call us.

How do I avoid the 1% federal tax?

Pay with a debit card or from your U.S. bank account. The tax only applies to transfers paid in cash, money order or cashier's check.

Can I cancel my transfer?

Yes. You have the right to cancel within 30 minutes of payment, as long as the money has not been picked up or deposited. Your rights are on your receipt and in the Terms and conditions.
