Before you send money
There is a risk of fraud. Scammers ask people to send them money with stories about prizes, loans, emergencies or romance. You can find more information at https://consumer.ftc.gov/articles/scammers-use-fake-emergencies-steal-your-money.
Do not send money to people you have not met in person.
How to stop a transfer: call us immediately at 1-877-707-7711 (toll free). You can cancel within 30 minutes of payment, and after that only if the money has not been picked up or deposited.
Fraudulent transactions may result in the loss of your money with no recourse. Once a transfer is paid out, your money may not be returned.
