Enramex messaging program terms
Who sends the messages: Enramex, Inc. (NMLS ID 1136341), a money transfer service.
What you will receive: updates about your transfers (for example, when your family can pick up the money), service notices, replies to your questions and promotions. You receive them by text message (SMS) and WhatsApp, only if you gave us your consent.
Frequency: the number of messages varies with your transfers and current promotions.
Cost: Enramex does not charge for messages, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time (CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE also work). We will send one final message to confirm, and you will not receive any more. On WhatsApp, write STOP or block our number.

Consent is not required: you can use our services without receiving messages.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Beware of fraud: Enramex will never ask for passwords, verification codes or card numbers by text message or WhatsApp.
